The duty of a SD Game, Fish, & Parks Conservation Officer's is the enforcement of the game, fish, parks and boating laws. For Lake Poinsett and Lake Albert the law enforcement officer is Logan Hammer 605-881-0018. Email: logan.hammer@state.sd.us.

A permit is needed from SD GF&P

to apply chemicals in waters

of the state.

Permit to Alter Lakeshore & Lake Bottom

All projects must first be

approved by SD GF&P.
